What information do we collect?
We collect personal information you give us. This could be: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address, purchase history, etc.
Credit Card Information
We do not keep your entire credit card number on file. We do keep the last four digits and expiration dates of your credit card which only allows for us to provide a refund to you.
Web Browsing Information
We also collect information that is automatically generated by your web browser. This includes which of our web pages your browser has viewed and at what time, what platform and browser you're using, from what IP address you're accessing us from, and from what web page you came from. This is all standard information exchanged between web browsers and servers.
What do we do with that information?
For academic software discounts and certain drop shipments, we need to share your proof of academic affiliation, shipping, and other order information with our suppliers. This information is not used by them to market to you. It is only used to provide proof of academic affiliation for software discounts and/or shipping information.
We do not rent our customer lists to any third parties.
